Their thoughtful assistance in arranging a surprise bouquet of flowers for my wife at check-in truly enhanced our experience. Every staff member with whom I interacted demonstrated a high level of professionalism and warmth. Additionally, the location of the property is great, it is conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from the old town while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Underground, shops and cafes are available in a few minutes radius. Additionally it is situated between old city center, Wiener Riesenrad (amusement park) and Augarten.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was perfect, clean and a good size. Good mini bar if you want to use it. The location was good for us, as it was away from the really busy area, but a short walk to get to a lively part of the city near the river and beyond. Overall no surprises from what I booked. The parking was secure although getting to it meant going to a different building in a different street 5min walk away. The use of the iron at a specific location in the hotel was good to use.

There was a nice cot available for the baby and a separate bed for our 4-year-old child. It was very child-friendly. The bar downstairs was very cozy. It is close to the Prater and two metro stations, U1 and U2. There is also a park nearby. I liked the coffee machine in the room very much. The service desk was very friendly.

The hotel is new/newly renovated and the entire structure is clean and well kept. The rooms are also clean and confortable with a nice clean bathroom. At my booking time the price for my room was very competitive respect other hotels. Breakfast has a big offering and it should welcome the need of most of the people. Position is also very good: it is in a quite zone at around 10 minute walk from the center. It is a pleasent walk.

Lucapch

The hotel is well located, close to two subway lines and tram stops, it has a bus stop right in front of the entrance. The room is not very big, but it was ok for a few nights. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom. They provided us umbrellas since it rained everyday during our stay. You can also walk to Prater (about 15 min), which was very nice.
